Fateh Prem

Fateh Prem Kaur is a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She found Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and has never stopped believing it is one of the most poetic and effective modalities for healing and self-realization that she has seen.

Fateh Prem is a student and mentee of the founder of Karam Kriya school, Shiv Charan Singh, and she herself is a consultant using Karam Kriya Sacred Applied Numerology. She is also the creator of "The Council"; an oracle deck and guidebook based on the Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya teachings, that helps integrate profound wisdom into our daily lives.

A native of the Western USA she lived between Turkey, UK, and Portugal from 2006-2024 when she returned to live here in Oregon and be near family.
