Lunar Eclipse Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing Journey
Join Callie and Emily at Yoga West Eugene for an evening of breathwork, movement, and celestial attunement under the energy of the lunar eclipse.
This special event will begin with guided breath work. We will then move into a short Kriya which is a specific set of yogic exercises designed to achieve a particular outcome. We will end with a deeply immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and the gong.
