Full Moon Culmination at Yoga with the Stars Saturday

Sunday’s Gemini Full Moon is a time of culmination and reflection, as we review the year and release old burdens. Multiple planets in mutable signs call for flexibility, adaptability and completion. Such flux generates many opportunities, but also feels unstable, so grounding practices are helpful. Polarities create tension, requiring balance and integration.

The Gemini-Sagittarius polarity is about knowledge v. wisdom, learning v. teaching, immersing v. rising above.  We are called to be our own wise teachers and eager students.  Retrograde Mercury is strengthened by turning direct on the Full Moon, bringing information and insights from our subconscious. Mystical Neptune activates both Sun and Moon, manifesting negatively as fogginess and disillusion or positively as intuition and trust in higher guidance. Retrograde Mars moves backward toward another face-off with Pluto, increasing polarization and aggressive energy that last peaked at election time. Yet this is also an opportunity to develop courage and inner-directed motivation.

Teachers Jupiter and Saturn are working together to help us develop expansive yet realistic strategies for the eventful and world-changing year ahead.  We must cultivate the Positive Mind to take the high road, choose love over fear, connection over separation. Begin now with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Saturday at 8:30.

Love and Blessings,
