Tuning Into the Numbers: July
July is the 7th month, wherein we collectively all step into the frequency of the 7.
The 7 is The Mind; both individually, experienced as our auric fields, and collectively as the shared minds that we live within (Culture, politics, religion, family, work, industry and all social groupings and structures). Through these mind fields we search to make sense of this great mystery; We dissect, rationalize, judge and ultimately try to create and control our worlds.
The 7 wonders of the world, 7 dwarves, 7 deadly sins, 7 days of the week, 7 steps to…. Like the 7 colors of the rainbow, the 7 is the prism from which the One light is divided into all the colors of the world. These colors of the world are entrancing, convincing, and they captivate our minds. We believe what, and only what, we see and, fascinated by it, forget the one light behind it all.
Or not.
The 7 is the science, systems, and stories that give us structure and make us feel safe in a world that otherwise might overwhelm and humble us with its power, vastness and profundity. However, the structures we build can become false ceilings, limitations, and even prisons. The expression “a prison of our own minds” is the 7 when it has gone corrupt. Our minds can be a prison, but they can also create a radiant palace when the light of the One shines through.
July, the 7th month might find us in a place of overthinking. We could find ourselves wrapped up in the stories of our lives, projecting out to others that which we are perceiving in ourselves. Over rationalizing, and justifying are traps of the 7, as is not letting go of the past. The healing of the 7th dimension, and the key to create the palace from the prison, is in refusing to let your perception of the past determine your future.
This is a month to dive deep unrelenting forgiveness of yourself and others. Observe the judgments that arise before you know they are there. Practicing Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations will facilitate this. Kriya for Strengthening the Aura, Ego Eradicator, Sat Kriya are all examples of how we can work through the corruptions of the 7th dimension. Coming to acceptance, and non-attachment to our perceptions, will help us to experience the coloring of the world from the Neutral Mind, so we can be vessels for the One light that shines through us all.
