Partap Kaur (Deborah Keppo) is a longtime student of spiritual knowledge that underlies this human life. The chanting and vibrational aspect of Kundalini Yoga is what drew her into this path. Introduced to Kundalini Yoga in Brooklyn in 2000, she was Certified as a KRI Level 1 teacher in 2006 after studying at Yoga East in Manhattan. Partap also concluded a Level 2 course in Authentic Relationships in 2006. Then in 2007 she completed Radiant Child Yoga Levels 1 and 2 with her toddler daughter. She regularly attended classes in Brooklyn and since 2008 in Eugene.
She has been active in healing with the Sat Nam Rasayan community and continues to meet with the local practice group. She has enjoyed several courses in Art and Yoga with Hari Kirin Kaur during 2016 -18. She has also explored healing modalities of Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra/iRest. With her daughter away at college, she is excited to spend time teaching.
Partap means a positive person who stands out with glory, dignity, and courage. As a teacher she aspires to meet students where they are and assist them in their journey towards fulfillment in a community of spirit.
