Seva Ram Kaur (Jordan Lindstrom-Demant) loves Kundalini Yoga for its ancient knowledge and powerful effective practices. She began studying yoga seriously in 2008, and took her first teacher training in 2013. Seva Ram Kaur undertook an immersive month of Kundalini teacher training in Espanola, New Mexico. Seva Ram Kaur has participated in numerous other teacher trainings, studying Yin Yoga with Heather Tiddens, meditation and pranayama with Swami Kaurnanda, and breath work with Dana Delong and Ashana Solaris. Her mission is to use the powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga to bring more peace and joy to those in the community.
